Witts end
So april of 2009 wife through me out of the home about 1 month latter she through out my 15 year old keeping the other 3 children. she made it very diffuclt to see the kids or even talk to them on the phone. I started to get info that she was planing to move to maryland from PA. When I called my lawyer he told me she cant do that i kept insisting that she was going to do this and he said if she did it would be parental kidnapping and she would get into alot of trouble. well in august she did it. Everything the lawer told me is a lie it is now march I havent seen the kids have spent close to 3 grand have a court date for may 26th and ontop of it all the lawyer says the judge might not make her move back because the kids are now settled in there new school. I just dont get it i knew men got screwed in this whole thing but I just dont have the dollers to fight this whole thing. Now the kicker She moved to maryland to be closer to the man she was having an affair with so i ask where is the justice.

sorry to hear it
Jimma999 im sorry to hear about your unfortunate situation. You said she threw you out of the house, but have you two gotten a divorce? It is a shame that she has so little regard for the children's well-being. that should always be the first priority and it seems like you feel that as well. Unfortunately it might also be true that if your kids already settled somewhere new it might be hardest for them to make yet another transition.
I think the most important thing for you is to make a clear distinction between finding justice regarding your kids and finding justice regarding your wife. You said "Now the kicker She moved to maryland to be closer to the man she was having an affair with so i ask where is the justice." The truth is that you will probably never receive justice regarding your wife and what she did to you. The emotional pain she is causing with this selfish behavior affects everyone in the situation, but the damage is done and you now know what kind of person she is. From here, you need to focus on finding justice regarding your kids. Don't let your anger and frustration for your wife (ex wife?) make you forget that your kids are the ones who need your help and attention the most right now.
