need to understand divorce law

Can my husband suit a dissolution of our marriage even if i am not a resident of the state or even a US citizen? We got married in Texas a year ago and a couple of days after our wedding i flew back to my country. We have a beautiful daughter and she is with me. I don't want a divorce because we made a vow that we will stay together till death do us part.

Not getting divorced

Yes, he can. You can opt for a separation agreement. meanwhile. This won't let you divorced and gives a chance to renew your relationship again.
